What this tool reads

Every value it shows is marked as either found on your homepage or guessed - nothing is presented as certain when it is not.

No. This scan runs without an account. Turning it into a running ad account needs an AdLauncher account, and accounts are invite only: book a demo to get one.
The scan only marks a value as found when it can point to the exact text on your site that says so. Anything it could not verify against your own page is marked as a guess instead, so you always know which values to double check.
It works for most public business websites. A single-page app that renders everything in JavaScript, or a site behind a security check, sometimes returns too little text to read reliably - the tool tells you when that happens.
This scan reads only your own website. In an account, you can paste a competitor's Facebook page link to watch it and see the ads it runs. AdLauncher does not pull the ads running across your whole category yet.
The scan itself is kept only long enough to answer your request and to avoid re-scanning the exact same site again within a few hours. It is never linked to an account.
